Tasks:
- Providing technical support to our team and customers, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Resolving system malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Recommending improvements to existing tech procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintaining and improving the performance of existing software, ensuring all updates and patches are applied as necessary.
- Assisting in the training of staff on the use of technical systems and software, providing clear instruction and support.
- Testing and evaluating new technology for potential implementation in the business, helping keep us at the forefront of the industry.
- Clearly and regularly communicating with management and technical support colleagues, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
Qualifications:
- At Least 3 years Help Desk experience
- working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
- knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
